Business Development Executive - Texarkana, TX
Full-Time | Base + Commission
TIER4 Technologies is looking for a self-driven Sales Executive to help us grow our presence across SMB, commercial, and mid-market organizations. We deliver IT and cybersecurity solutions with the kind of speed, consistency, and responsiveness that larger resellers struggle to match.
This role is focused on building new relationships across a wide range of industries, working with companies that value a true partner, not just another vendor.
What You Will Be Doing

Develop new business across SMB, Commercial, and Mid-Market accounts

Proactively identify and connect with new business prospects through onsite visits, outbound calls, emails, social media, and networking

Build and manage your pipeline using outbound activity, referrals, and direct engagement

Qualify and manage leads, schedule consultations

Represent at business and community events, and trade forums to build visibility and credibility

Collaborate with leadership on outreach campaigns and educational events

Work closely with our partners to scope and deliver tailored IT and cybersecurity solutions

Build and maintain accurate records of all prospecting activities and pipeline status

Collaborate with vendor partners to unlock selling opportunities, marketing funds, and bundled offerings

Maintain an active and professional social media presence
What We Are Looking For

Proven ability to generate and close new business in B2B technology sales

Experience selling into a mixture of organizational footprints and verticals with varied IT needs
-
Clear, confident communicator with the ability to earn trust and drive technical sales conversations

Self-motivated and dependable, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment without micromanagement or bureaucracy
Preferred Experience

Background in technology sales
